CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged 100%. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love everything that you order, but if you are unhappy with any of the products that you receive, you may return them within 15 days for a refund for item value. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
